(54) DENTAL DIGGER TOOTH
The invention relates to the development and movement of soils and can be used in the teeth of earth moving machines. The teeth of the earthmoving machinery are known, including the body and the tip, made with a through-groove under the retainer with the elastic element 1. The disadvantage of such teeth is the low reliability of the attachment of the tip. Also known are the teeth of the earthmoving machinery, including the body and the tip, made with a through transverse hole for the retainer, consisting of a metal cylinder-like body having tapered ends, inside which is placed an elastic element 2. A disadvantage of these teeth is that to protect the retainer from falling out, it is provided with an additional locking element, which complicates the design and reduces the reliability of fastening the tip. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of attachment of the tip. This goal is achieved by the fact that the latch body is made multi-section, each section of which in cross section is made in the form of a sector and is mounted movably relative to an elastic element made of a star shape. FIG. 1 shows a digger tooth, general view; figure 2 - section LL on f | u. one; in fig. 3 shows a section BB in FIG. ; in fig. 4 shows a section B-B in FIG. 2. The digger's tooth includes a body /, a tip 2. The body and the tip are made respectively with holes 3 and 4 for a latch 5, consisting of a metal cylindrical-shaped body 6 having tapered ends 7. Inside the cylinder-shaped body of the latch, an elastic element 8, made star-shaped. The latch body is made of multiple sections, with each of its sections 9 made in the form of sector ii mounted movably of a resilient element. Aligning the transverse holes of the barrel and the body, insert the cone-shaped retainer into the formed through transverse hole. Movably mounted relative to the elastic element, the phpxator body sector moves relative to each other until the holes in the tip and the body coincide.
